Since this is a weather dependent weekly event, there are NO refunds for any reason. Rules For Vendors .• You must have all necessary permits, ON SITE, with you every week. .• You must submit your menu for approval with this form. .• If selling Alcohol, you must have proper permits, ON SITE with you every week, as issued, by the NYS Liquor Authority. Failure to have proper licensing, etc, will result in banishment from the Lockport Monday Night Cruises for the balance of the season, and will be reported to the SLA and the Lockport Police Department Immediately (NO refunds on fees paid). If selling alcohol, you must currently have an on-site liquor license for your premises, and serve a complete food menu, on a daily basis, in your establishment. .• Beer and wine will be served in 12 oz. CLEAR plastic Cups. NO EXCEPTIONS. .• You will maintain AT LEAST, one working fire extinguisher (suitable for Class A & B fires) and one large trash can, with liner, for patrons refuse. You are responsible for cleaning your own area at the end of each cruise night. You are encouraged to provide tables and chairs for your patrons. .• You will be assigned an area for your vending, and will keep that same area each week. .• The Lockport Monday Night Cruises will NOT provide electricity. Weather Cancellations will be available AFTER 4 PM each Monday (if necessary) by calling 716-280-2858. We will make every effort to make weather related decisions as early as possible during the day, but we realize that, at times, last minute decisions must be made to assure the safety of those involved in the Lockport Monday Night Cruises. Cancellations are also posted on our web site at www.LockportCruise.com,on the day of the Cruise. I have read, and understand the Vendor Rules, as written, and agree to abide by them, in total. I also agree to be in compliance with every applicable Federal, State and Local law, as it applies to my business. I realize that failure to do, so, may result in my banishment from the Lockport Monday Night Cruises, for the balance of the season. I also realize that there are NO refunds for any reason. I realize that the Lockport Monday Night Cruises are in place to promote the Lockport area, in general, and my business, in particular. I promise that the conduct of my employees, and myself, will always strive to further the “Good Will” that the Lockport Monday Night Cruises has built. I also realize this is a NON-renewable agreement and future participation is at the Sole Discretion of the Lockport Monday Night Cruise Optimist Club Vendor Committee.
