Dear Cruise Night Sponsor
The Lockport Monday Night Cruise Optimist Club is happy to announce the 2012 cruise season at Ida Fritz Park is
rapidly approaching. We have several special nights planned with the season starting Monday May 14
th
through Labor
Day Weekend. The Cruise runs from 6:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. and once again we expect to see hundreds of people
strolling through the event each week.
The event is managed by the Lockport Monday Night Cruise Optimist Club, a NY State not-for-profit corporation. Our
goal is to give our community and surrounding communities a "Family, Fun & Free" event. To this end, we are seeking
sponsorship from businesses, organizations and individuals willing to help us achieve these goals.
If you wish to make your sponsorship a charitable donation, the club has a pass through capability in a program with
The Optimist International Foundation a 501(c)(3) entity. Should you wish to take the opportunity to make your
donation a charitable one, please contact us for the appropriate guidelines and paperwork.
Platinum Sponsors will contribute a minimum of $1000 for the 2012 Cruise Season. Benefits include:
-Your company name, logo and web site link prominently featured on our Optimist Club Newsletter, Cruise
Posters, and the Official Cruise web site .
-Regular mentions during the live DJ broadcast each week
-Platinum level auto and motorcycle dealers are also welcome to park up to two vehicles at the cruise
each week.
Corporate Sponsors will contribute $600 for the 2012 Cruise Season. Benefits include:
-Company text listing on the Official Cruise web site and the weekly Optimist Club Newsletter
-Regular mentions during the live DJ broadcast each week.
Patron Sponsors will contribute $180.00 for the 2012 Cruise Season. Benefits include:
-- Company text listing on the weekly Optimist Club Newsletter
-Regular mentions during the live DJ broadcast each week
